GLPS photo essay

             I wasn’t a big fan of GLPS when I first came in, but as time passed by, I realized that it was fun. GLPS has a lot of subjects, and all of them are useful. They are also helpful, and should be published on my blog for its awesomeness.

           Debate class had the most work to do, because you have to prepare a lot for your side of trial. Since we had to do so much, teams normally meet upstairs at 10:30 to 11:40pm for extra work. Sometimes it’s still not enough even though we put in extra efforts.

           Second class is writing class, and it’s so hard to come up with a good and fresh idea for a piece of writing. It’s also the one which takes the most effort because all of the writings are going up to your blogs, and if they are bad, then it’s a shame.

           History is also an interesting subject. we don't learn any history factsm but have to research all by ourselves, and present what we have . we are doing the greek facts or mythology. A lot of preparation is required, because once you run out of fatcs in a short time, it's very embarassing to stand there saying"uhhh...".

           The most enjoyable class in camp GLPS is probably the math class. We get abnormal kinf\ds of questions, and learn how to solve them. on every Friday, we have a gaming contest of whowon the most rounds of math games.

           One of my favourite subject is golf. since I have learned golf, all O\I have to do is just go and practise what I can do. We are planning tp have a game og golf on the last week. I probaly like it bacause it;s a relaxing time for me. I coulnd't hit well and the sound was cracking, but after a while, it became better like"clang".

           We also have gym classes, there are Archery, Kendo, and Yoga. My personal favourite is yoga, bacause it's the best sportsto help you flex your muscle, and my body is not very flexible.

          Advoser tome is not a subject, but is also a necessary time. We prepared out opp song contest which we didnt win, and we also got some ideas wihle watching youtube on the computer.

          Glps ia a well organized camp with lots of fun everyday, and you shold join this camp if you can. Look out for those PAs, they might give you yellow cards which might get you kicked out from the camp!

Persuasive essay (ipad)

Nowadays, people use a lot of smart phones and computers, especially in Korea because they are easy to carry, and very useful when needed. A phone can be bad for your eyes because it has a small screen, and a very bright light. A laptop isn’t as bad as a phone for your eyes, but it’s sometimes too heavy to carry. The best solution for this problem that I could think of is an Ipad.

Ipad has retina display, which comforts your eyes, not like other phones. Is also has a big display, which you don’t have to concentrate on a small point. These mention-able points are the strong points of Ipad in display.

It can do all the things which a computer can do, except some computer games which can only be played on computers, but others like Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. This portable device is very comfortable when you have to make a ppt, or checking them whether they have problems or not.

I can also promise that I won’t play any games on it, because I find them not as fascinating as computer or Xbox games, if you find me playing any sort of games at any time, you can confiscate my Ipad, until such time you feel comfortable.

As in conclusion, I need an Ipad to do my school projects, and it is the easiest to do it with it. I strongly suggest you to buy me one, so I can improve my grades, and some other future references

BOIL

"This is bravo 11-2. Phoenix, do you copy?" As two jet planes flew over flew over Bobert's head, he ducks under the trash can to hide away from jet planes' sight. He has been running for two days, and his batteries almost died out. He lied on the floor to save his energy, but soon he was blacked out out with no energy to restart his system.

  He woke up in a small room with many wires connected to him. He was surprised , but as soon as he realized that he wasn't in a police station, he relaxed. About 5 minutes later, a girl of age about 15 came into the room.

  "How do you feel? asked the girl.

  "I'm fine." replied Bobert.

  "I found you on the floor, between two huge buildings," said the girl, "you were out of battery."

  "Thank you, but I have to move on." as Bobert tried to stand up, he felt a lack of smoothness on his left knee. He couldn't move his leg, so he had to sit back down.

  "You have some problem with you left joint, I might be able to fix it." said the girl, "My name is Maya, you?"

  "Bobert, experimental robot at the EMP simulator." said Bobert, "I was running away from Dr. Heggs."

  "You mean the one who sacrificed all the robots he made to test his EMP?"asked Maya.

  "Yes." answered Bobert shortly, "I developed a system in myself which ignores any EMP, so he is trying to catch me so he can make a new EMP."

  As soon as Bobert finished talking, the door blew open, and a dozen of police came in. They made a semicircle around them, and closed in.

Maya held Bobert's hand, and walked backwards to the wall. She pushed a button on the wall, and whispered, "Hold on." They flew down a slide, and landed on a scarp field.

They ran down into a small basement, and there were tons of weapons.

“Grab only the things that we need, come on!” shouted Maya.

Bobert started to pick up some potable charging device, and some EMP to resist androids from attacking him. Maya got some chocolate bars, and a sunlight chargeable lazergun.

They left the basement, and ran towards the countryside where technology hasn't reached yet.

Police were chasing after Bobert, but he used EMP to destroy all their vehicles. Bobert couldn't move fast due to his leg, but EMP bought time for him to run.

  On the third day, they saw a huge chunk of green saliva running with “stomp!” noise. It was very fast. Bobert used EMP, but it did no work to a \n organic weapon.

Movie Review (Princess Bride)

  

  We watched a movie called "The Princess Bride", and it was the most retarded movie I've ever seen. The majority of my friends said that it was boring, but I enjoyed it. It was a story being told to a sick boy by his grandfather, and the story is told back in the old times. the movie is directed by Rob Reiner, the genre of the story is fairy tale and romance.

  A nice grandfather came over to his sick grandson to read him a story. the boy refuses, but as the story begins, he is attracted to the story. Westley was a farm boy of 

Buttercup, and later falls in love with each other and lived happily. They needed money for the wedding, so Westley goes to other villages to make money. Unfortunately, the ship that Westley was in got shipwrecked, and Buttercup never loved a man since. Prince Humperdinck forces marring Buttercup, because he thought she was stupid. Later makes Vizzini and his crew to kidnap her. Westley , however, survives the shipwreck, and saved Buttercup from dying. Vizzini dies in the battle of wits against Westley. Fezzik the giant and Indigo the Spanish helps Westley to rescue Buttercup who was recaptured by Prince Humperdinck. They rescue Westley from the pit of dispare, but Westley dies because all his life was sucked into the machine by prince Humperdinck. Fizzik and Indigo brings Westley to Miracle Max, and brings him back to life, but Westley couldn't move. Indigo and Fezzik bring Westley into the castle, and dramatically saves Buttercup from suicide. They live happily ever after.

  This story is trying to say that nothing can stop a true love. True love brought Westley and Buttercup back together, and they went through many difficulties as a team. If it wasn't for true love, they would have died during this journey.

   There were some leaders in the movie. For example, the small but smart Vizzini, or Prince Humperdinck who captures Buttercup by force. All these leaders are smart, and have power over others. So leaders must have a smart brain which can rule others well.

  As a conclusion, people must have a leadership to be a leader, and we should train ourselves with good education.

Three Goals for 30 Days

  As I entered this camp, GLPS, i could see many good habits of my roommates which I could learn. Just at the right time, a blog writing class suggested a perfect idea that will solve my problem. t is to set three goals, and try to achieve them in 30 days. I have set up my three goals during the class, and am here to share my decisions.

  The first goal at this camp will be to try and finish all I have gotten for meal services, I found people getting a lot of food(especially meat), and not be able to finish it, I will not leave any food, and try to inspire my roommates by leading them with the idea of not leaving food.

  My second goal is to not violate the rule of EOP. It is very hard to speak English the whole time, but something hard is a challenge. I will look out for teachers and PAs, and avoid getting any EOP card.

  My last goal is to make at least 15 friends. I found some people with good personalities. Maybe I should approach them first rather than wait for them to come to me. I want to stay away from some students who are selfish an greedy.

  With all these goals set up, my camp will be much more exciting and memorable. I'll do my best to accomplish the goals I have set up, and finish my summer holiday with a fruitful camp of GLPS.

         hello, my name is Kilang Park, and I'm here to talk about three points of myself.

         I have one sister who is younger than me; she is very annoying, but sometimes comes up with a fresh idea to support me.
         I have never been to a hostipal caused by health issues. I've been there for some detailed health checks, but but never because I was sick. It's probably because I live  in China.
         the only game which I enjoyed for over half a year, and the most popular game currently is "League Of Legends". It is an online RTS(Real Time Strategy), and designed so everyone could enjoy. this game has even been published on my school news paper.
